• All orders are processed only after full payment is received unless otherwise agreed.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We aim to ensure all descriptions, images, and measurements are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to handmade craftsmanship and lighting differences in photography.
• 22ct gold-plated and antique finishes require proper care to maintain longevity — we strongly recommend following our Jewellery Maintenance Guide.
• We use trusted courier services for domestic and international deliveries.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the location and customs clearance.
• EKSHA antique collections is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
Customers must notify us of any faults within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns must be made within 7 days, unworn, unpacked, and in original packaging.
• A 360° video of the parcel opening is required for refund eligibility.
• Earrings and jewellery containing earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

• Items damaged in transit will not be refunded; a full credit voucher will be issued.
• Credit vouchers are valid for one-time use and cannot be combined with discounts or offers.
